Balance

between futuristic looking and comfortable workspaces

Urban Science's new facilities, with offices and spaces for training, meetings and development, with a kitchen and co-working zones, convey the philosophy of the company operating in the automotive sector. Each space should be different, not only in terms of function, but also in design, to emphasize Urban Science's leitmotif of progress: Each room features acoustic panels or walls with futuristic technical motifs. The lighting design uses different types of luminaires to achieve a high level of visual comfort while highlighting the surfaces and structural features of the interiors.

The focal point is the white, three-dimensional, futuristic-looking reception desk, which reflects the company's fulcrum: futuristic and open to innovation. A 360° laser lamp further enhances the ceiling in the entrance hall. Throughout the building itself, metallic textures reflect light in a way that creates interesting patterns on the walls and refracts light impressively. An enlarged computer graphics card and circuit board in the kitchen area symbolizes connectivity with the outside world.

Height-adjustable desks designed specifically for this company support a healthy, feel-good environment around work. For contemporary, relaxed and team-oriented work, cellular offices and open-plan offices interrupted by glass boxes as well as high-tech conference rooms provide a colorful spatial structure.
