THE HOUSE OF THOUSAND STORIES
Renovation of an old villa in the Rhine-Main area resulted in a modern, cosmopolitan interior. There was meticulous care taken with every room, even the staircase in the central core.
Rooms alternate between color and material worlds, synchronized and flowing harmoniously together.
A catwalk for the senses.
The aesthetics varied according to the use: a daylit salon opened to a wall design influenced by Gio Ponti, which then opened into a midnight-blue dining room with ocher-colored seats. The Men's Room's hexagon ceiling motif by David Hicks, emphasizes its uniqueness.
In this complete renovation, a sensual juxtaposition of modern and old was implemented: a revival of the grandeur of days gone by, interpreted in a timelessly modern way.
